A beautiful ruby coloured red gum burl, inspired by the colours and textures of life. Finished with sanding sealer and Beall buffed. W 300mm x H 65mm.
Salvaged native red beech plate with natural burnt remnants. Finished with tung oil and citrus thinners. Plate is 30cm in diameter x 5cm high.
Small silky oak bowl with silly long legs. Danish oil, acrylic paint and polyurethane. 150 mm high, 80 mm dia.
Three pieces spliced together with negative joints held by jarrah bow ties. Hand cast alloy legs. Natural live edge maintained where possible. 108cm L x 85cm W x 54cm H. Finished in 2 pot clear to 10 % gloss.

A natural edge kauri bowl, featuring a smooth, rounded shape with a contrasting textured surface highlighting its organic design. Base cut with a 2 1/4" Forstner bit and pine insert with my logo added for constancy. Width: 16cm Height: 9.5cm.

Natural carved shallow platter in recycled New Zealand native beech. Freestyle carved from a piece of driftwood off the Waimakariri River estuary. Sanded to high level on carving then finished with Tung Oil. 820mm x 230mm wide x 35mm high.
