A 300mm x 95mm, deeply undercut puriri rim bowl, friction wax finished. Mostly clear timber, has a spot with pressure stress ripples in one area and confused grain akin to burl in another, seamlessly fusing confusion and order into one.

A natural edge bowl measuring 250mm x 160mm high with growth ring patterns and light coloured timber flashes in the end grain. Finished by buffing with carnauba friction wax. The higher sides curve gently inward and issue sound if tapped.
A plum of a hollow form with delightful natural colors and patterns in the timber. This vase, friction wax polished, stands 180mm high, is light weight and stands steady on a 60mm wide base.
This charming undercut puriri bowl, buffed with friction wax, is 215mm x 79mm. The strong parallel lined heart wood pattern eases into circular sap wood patterns. Holding it is pure delight, smooth, not heavy, distinctive of the dense puriri timber.
This decorative 290mm by 75mm bowl is friction wax finished, has a slightly undercut rim. Small growth ring circles ripple out and across the inner base of the bowl revealing the deep golden glow unique to recycled ancient kauri.
